Refund policy

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to include your order number and the new size you would like to receive. 

To start a return, you can contact us by email at sales@momandsonapparel.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Some examples of damages or faulty items include unraveled seams, holes, problems with a printed graphic (prior to being worn or washed). These issues must be present before being washed. We must be contacted within 10 days via email sales@momandsonapparel.com.


Exchanges

We will offer one free size exchange per apparel item per order in the United States. For our international customers, you will need to pay for return shipping upon obtaining any one time size exchange offer. 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Returns
The purchase any of our Mom and Son apparel t-shirts are made in real time manufacturing process for all of our products. We can not accept returns for a refund at this time. However, please feel free to exchange your apparel item as described in the exchange section.
